About Us

Chef/Owner Luca Filadi is known all over the world for his incredible cuisine.  His flavors culminate from his Italian heritage (born and raised in the Parma region of Italy), his formal culinary training in France and the UK, and decades of experience in famous restaurants in countries all over the world.

Quo Vadis (Karl Marx’s home-turned restaurant) and the Cambio in the UK, the famous NY eatery Gubbio, and the Venetian hotel in Las Vegas all boast about Chef Luca’s fare, along with restaurants in Russia, India, Germany and France.

He has had the honor of working with some of the world’s top chefs, including Marco Pierre White. Chef Luca’s recipes pair simplicity with the best products available, and he combines “old world” techniques with Modernest Cuisine (modern gastronomy) to tantalize the palate.

LeeAnn Filadi is local to the Space Coast, growing up on Merritt Island.  Her extensive experience in business operations and customer service include banking, real estate and construction, working in an attorney’s office in addition to her experience in the restaurant business at the Cocoa Beach Pier and her training as a Sous Chef.

We offer Italian and European cuisine in an elegant yet casual atmosphere and feature four seating areas, a full liquor bar and a sommelier designed wine list along with The Gathering Room lounge where guests can meet for a drink and aperitif.

We hold a monthly wine dinner from January through October, host banquets, private parties and receptions along with holiday events.
