  • I can’t login!

You will not be able to login until you purchase a course.  If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the Lost Password link to reset it.  Remember, passwords are case-sensitive.

 


Course Navigation

  • Can I view the course syllabus?

Yes, when you are taking a course, the syllabus will be in the Lessons sidebar.  You can also jump to a specific lesson by clicking on the link in the syllabus.  If you have completed a lesson, the lesson title will be struck through and a check mark is displayed.

 


Orders

  •  I just purchased a course but can’t access the course material.

Your course material becomes active once we receive payment.  We currently process payments manually so Mary will call you to process your payment.

 

  • I need to order a course/program for several of my staff.  Do I have to set each up individually or is there an easier way?

Yes, we can set up a Bulk Order.  Just contact Mary by phone at 321-258-5313 (please leave a message) or by email at MaryP@ComputerManagementCorp.com and she will assist you.
