A NEW MODEL FOR SOMATIC HEALING AND CONSCIOUSNESS
I met Dr Paul Canali in 2008 when I began working with Jim Fazio. Dr Paul is the Founder of Unified Therapy™, a unique, reproduceable, and effective approach to somatic healing that involves understanding how trauma, stress, and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) are stored in the body and how they can be released through various applications that activate the body’s self-healing abilities to release lifetime stress (known as Allostatic Load) and restore balance to the nervous system.
Jim studied and worked with Dr Paul and Unified Therapy™ became the cornerstone of Jim’s practice.
Working with Dr Paul, I designed his website – newly updated in 2024 – created the materials/presentations for the many workshops and training sessions that Dr Paul has conducted over the years, along with producing his newsletters.
Complementary Cancer Care
GIVING ANYONE DEALING WITH CANCER THE TOOLS TO HEAL MIND, BODY, HEART, AND SOUL
I was referred to Complimentary Cancer Care while I was going through chemo in 2019. They offer programs to complement medical treatment and fill the gaps between patient and person as we deal with cancer. Services are offered both on-site and online via Zoom and are FREE for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. I benefitted greatly from their programs and as time went on, I became more involved.
I designed and maintain their website, produce monthly newsletters, and serve on the Board of Directors as Treasurer. If you or anyone you know is dealing with cancer, please check us out!

As a multi-disciplinary Neuromuscular and Myofascial Therapist, Jim was the owner of Integrative Bodywork, Inc in Rockledge, FL for over 26 years, helping people recover from pain, anxiety, sports and work-related injuries, and the life-changing emotional assaults of childhood trauma.
Sadly, Jim transitioned from this world on Friday, December 31, 2021, after a battle with cancer.
A dear friend and colleague, I am keeping Jim’s website active due to the wealth of information provided on the Brain~Body Connection for Healing. Jim touched and changed many lives over the years and his legacy lives within those he helped and treated in his practice.
