This certification program is designed to provide you with a deeper understanding of how to use the Case Management Process more effectively to empower participants to reach their goals and your outcomes. This course will provide staff like you with tools and strategies to help you make that difference.
The Case Management Certification Program is designed for both new and seasoned workforce professionals who work with any and all people with barriers to success. Learn what WIOA really wants and how to help them move forward in life and become employable. This training discusses the challenges and opportunities workforce professionals face today with regard to communication skills, partnering, and providing a clear career pathway.
